What does a humanoid robot eat for a snack?
Small bytes.
Sometimes a little wordplay is all it takes. Other times, the funniest idea starts with a familiar household problem: a mountain of laundry, a dishwasher loaded “incorrectly,” or an instruction that makes perfect sense to a human and absolutely none to a robot.
Humanoid Home News welcomes submissions of humorous cartoons about life at home with humanoid robots.
Our focus is “Humanoids Helping Humans in the Home.” There is room for a smile alongside the serious questions about what these machines can do, how they work and what living with them might mean.
We’re interested in cartoons that find humor in everyday routines. A robot navigating family preferences. A pet sizing up a new mechanical housemate. A household helper following instructions a little too literally.
Keep it clever, welcoming and easy to understand. The best idea need not explain robotics. It should give readers something familiar to laugh about.
